Healthy Oat, Apple, and Raisin Cake

Soak the raisins in hot water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix the Batter:
In a blender or food processor, blend the oat flakes until you get a coarse flour.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using).

Add the blended oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and chopped apples. Stir well.

Fold in the soaked raisins and chopped nuts (if using).

3️⃣ Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let it cool before slicing.
