Healthy Banana Cocoa Oatmeal – A Naturally Sweet and Energizing Breakfast


In a saucepan, bring 240 ml of water to a boil. Add the oatmeal and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.

Add Cocoa and Bananas:
Stir in the cocoa powder and mashed bananas. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to combine flavors.

Incorporate Eggs:
Lower the heat and slowly stir in the eggs, mixing quickly to avoid scrambling. Continue stirring gently for about 1–2 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly and the eggs are fully incorporated.

Sweeten:
Add the stevia sweetener and stir to combine.

Serve Warm:
Pour into bowls and enjoy immediately.
