Healthy Baked Oatmeal with Fruits and Nuts

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the Oats Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine the oats, milk, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Add Fruits and Nuts:

Fold in the cranberries, chopped nuts, banana slices, and any additional fruits or seeds you’re using. Stir gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.

Bake the Oatmeal:

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly and press down gently.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the oatmeal has set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.

Cool and Serve:

Let the baked oatmeal cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares or serving. You can enjoy it warm or let it cool completely for a portable breakfast option.
