Healthy and Crispy Potato Fries Without Oil: A Delicious Recipe


Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Peel them if you prefer (though leaving the skin on adds more nutrients!). Cut the potatoes into thin fries or wedges, depending on your preference. Try to keep them as uniform as possible for even cooking.

Season the Fries: Place the potato slices in a large bowl. Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the potatoes. Toss everything together so the fries are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Arrange on the Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping to ensure they crisp up properly.

Bake the Fries: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are golden and crispy on the outside. If you want extra crispiness, you can broil them for the last 2-3 minutes, but be sure to watch them closely to avoid burning.

Serve: Once the fries are crispy and golden, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
