Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the sauce:
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the chicken:
Place the chicken breasts on the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle half of the sauce mixture over the chicken.

Add the vegetables and pineapple:
Arrange the pineapple chunks, sliced red bell pepper, and onion around the chicken on the sheet pan. Drizzle the remaining sauce mixture over the vegetables.

Bake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through (reaching an internal temperature of 165°F) and the vegetables are tender.

Serve:
Once done, remove from the oven and serve the chicken with the roasted pineapple and vegetables. Enjoy your tropical-flavored meal!
