Hands down, the only bread my hubby will eat this time of year

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar and vegetable oil. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
Add the pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix. Stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
