“Handheld French Dip Biscuit Sandwiches: A Savory, Portable Twist on a Classic”

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Bake the Biscuits:

Open the can of biscuit dough and place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet. Bake according to the package instructions, usually for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up. Once baked, remove from the oven and set aside.
Prepare the Au Jus Sauce:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble the Sandwiches:

Slice each biscuit in half horizontally. On the bottom half of each biscuit, layer 2-3 slices of roast beef. Top with a slice of provolone cheese.
Place the top half of the biscuit over the cheese to form a sandwich.
Serve with Au Jus:

Serve each sandwich with a small cup of the prepared au jus sauce for dipping. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
