Ham and Cheese Egg Cups

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter, ensuring each cup is well-coated to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Prepare the Ham
Take the slices of deli ham and press each slice into a muffin cup to form a “nest” that will hold the egg mixture.

Step 3: Whisk the Eggs
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 4: Add Cheese
Stir in the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.

Step 5: Pour and Bake
Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 of the way.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and lightly golden on top.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Once baked, remove the egg cups from the muffin tin. Sprinkle with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.

Serve warm and enjoy!
