“Ham and Cheese Croissants: A Flaky, Cheesy Delight for Any Time of Day”

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the Croissants:
Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant (if using).
Layer 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each croissant.
Place the top half of the croissant back on to sandwich the filling.
Brush with Butter: Place the assembled croissants on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the croissants are golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Let the croissants cool slightly before serving warm.
