Ground Beef Tortillas Recipe

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, salt, paprika, and black pepper.

Add the finely chopped green onion and half an onion to the mixture.

Use your hands or a spoon to mix everything until well combined.

Cook the Beef:

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Form the beef mixture into small patties or crumbles and cook in the pan until browned and fully cooked through (about 6-8 minutes), breaking the beef apart as it cooks.

Assemble the Tortillas:

Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the heat and set aside.

Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly distribute the beef mixture onto each tortilla.

Add Cheese:

Sprinkle 100 grams of shredded cheese over the beef mixture on each tortilla.

Fold and Serve:

Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a wrap.

Serve the wraps immediately, or if you prefer a crispy exterior, heat the tortillas in the pan for a few minutes on each side to toast them.
