Grilled Whole Fish with Lemon and Herbs 🍋🌿

Rinse the whole fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Make several shallow cuts on both sides of the fish to allow the marinade to penetrate.

Make the Marinade:

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Rub the marinade all over the fish, ensuring it gets into the cuts.

Stuff the Fish:

Place lemon slices and fresh herbs inside the cavity of the fish for extra flavor.

Grill the Fish:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the fish for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Use a fish spatula to carefully flip the fish halfway through cooking.

Serve:

Remove the fish from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.

Garnish with additional lemon slices and fresh herbs if desired.
