Grilled Tenderloin with Creamy Dill Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the mixture evenly over the tenderloin and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) in the refrigerator.
Step 2: Grill the Tenderloin
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
Place the tenderloin on the grill and sear each side for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and continue grilling for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Remove from the grill and let the tenderloin rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Dill Sauce
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and fresh dill until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
Slice the grilled tenderloin and drizzle with the creamy dill sauce.
Serve with grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad.
