Grilled Swordfish with Mango Salsa: A Tropical Delight

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let the fish marinate for about 10–15 minutes.
Make the Mango Salsa:

In a bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro.
Add the lime juice and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt, if necessary. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Grill the Swordfish:

Place the swordfish steaks on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the steaks.
Serve:

Transfer the grilled swordfish to a serving platter and top with a generous scoop of mango salsa. Serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as rice, grilled vegetables, or a crisp green salad.
