Heat a pan over medium heat.
Brush both sides of the sourdough bread with olive oil.
Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich
On one slice of bread, add a layer of melted cheddar cheese.
Layer the thinly sliced grilled steak on top of the cheese.
Add the second slice of cheese and place the second slice of sourdough bread on top.
Step 3: Grill the Sandwich
Place the sandwich in the heated pan.
Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, pressing down slightly, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is perfectly melted.
Step 4: Serve
Once grilled to perfection, remove the sandwich from the pan.
Slice it in half and garnish with fresh parsley (optional).
