Grilled Shrimp and Smoked Sausage Foil Packets – A Flavorful One-Pan Feast

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, potatoes, and sliced onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything to coat evenly.
Assemble the Foil Packets

Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil.
Divide the shrimp and vegetable mixture evenly among the sheets.
Drizzle melted butter over each portion and seal the foil tightly to create packets.
Cook the Foil Packets

Grill Method: Place the packets on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Oven Method: Arrange the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are fork-tender and the shrimp is cooked through.
