Grilled Ribeye Steak with Sautéed Onions & Fries – The Ultimate Steak Night

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
2. Caramelize the Onions:
In a pan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add the sliced onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10-15 minutes until they become golden brown and caramelized.
3. Grill the Steak:
Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat a grill pan or BBQ to high heat.
Grill the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the grilling time for your preferred doneness.
Once done, add butter on top of the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
Plate the grilled steak, top with the caramelized onions, and serve alongside the crispy fries.
Add your favorite dipping sauce for extra flavor.
