Grilled Meat Pasta with Garlic Bread

Boil water with a pinch of salt and cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Sauce:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine Ingredients:
Add the grilled steak or chicken slices and cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and mix well.

Make Garlic Bread:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush the mixture onto the bread slices and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve & Garnish:
Plate the pasta, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and serve with the warm garlic bread on the side. Enjoy!
