Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and brush with the reserved marinade. Continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Serve:
Remove the lobster and shrimp from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a burst of fresh flavor.
