Grilled Lobster and Shrimp

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, thyme (or oregano), salt, and pepper.
Reserve a small amount of the marinade for brushing the lobster and shrimp while grilling.
Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster tail shells lengthwise. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat slightly out of the shell, but leave the end of the tail intact.
Brush the lobster meat with the marinade, making sure to coat it well.
Prepare the Shrimp:

Place the shrimp in a bowl and toss them with the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Preheat the Grill:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the Lobster and Shrimp:

Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and brush with the reserved marinade. Continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Serve:

Remove the lobster and shrimp from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a burst of fresh flavor.
