Grilled Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce: A Flavorful and Comforting Meal

In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the seasoning blend onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Bowl
Place a serving of cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl or plate.
Arrange steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken on top.
Drizzle the dish generously with the warm garlic Parmesan sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
