2. Grill the Chicken

Grilling in the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
3. Optional Ketchup Glaze
Once the chicken is cooked and golden brown, remove it from the grill or oven. Brush a small amount of ketchup over the top of each chicken thigh for a slight sweetness (optional, but adds a nice finish).
