Grilled Chicken Salad with Tzatziki Sauce

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) to allow the flavors to infuse.

2. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, and olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. Grill the Chicken:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
