Grilled Chicken Salad with Creamy Herb Dressing

Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Grill over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred (about 5-7 minutes per side). Set aside and slice.
