Grilled Chicken Salad Bowl – A Fresh and Nourishing Delight

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning (or paprika), olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 2: Prepare the Salad
Arrange the mixed greens in a large bowl or on individual plates.
Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado slices, shredded carrots, and toasted seeds or almonds.
Step 3: Make the Dressing

Shake or stir well until emulsified.
