Grilled Chicken & Garlic Tahini Rice Bowl

In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, and lemon juice.

Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Step 2: Cook the Garlic Tahini Rice
In a pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the rice, stirring for 1 minute, then pour in the chicken broth (or water) and bring to a boil.

Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 12-15 minutes until cooked.

Remove from heat and stir in the tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fluff the rice with a fork.

Step 3: Grill the Chicken
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.

Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

Step 4: Assemble the Bowl
Divide the garlic tahini rice into serving bowls.

Top with sliced grilled chicken.

Add optional toppings like parsley, sesame seeds, cucumbers, or tzatziki.

Serve warm and enjoy!
