Grilled Chicken & Avocado Salad Bowl

Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dressing:
In a blender or food processor, combine ½ avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little water for a thinner consistency.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bowl:
Place chopped romaine or mixed greens in a serving bowl.
Add diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and grilled corn.
4️⃣ Top with Chicken & Dressing:
Arrange sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
Drizzle with avocado dressing.
Sprinkle with chili flakes for extra spice (optional).
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Mix everything and enjoy fresh!
