Grilled Bliss: Steak & Shrimp Perfection for Surf & Turf Lovers

Rub them with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
Let the steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling (for even cooking).
Step 2: Grill the Steak
Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat (about 400°F/204°C).
Grill the steaks for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on your desired doneness:
Rare: 120-125°F
Medium-Rare: 130-135°F
Medium: 140-145°F
Medium-Well: 150-155°F
Remove from the grill and let the steak rest for 5 minutes, topped with butter.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
While the steak rests, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant (30 seconds).
Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink (1-2 minutes per side).
Finish with lemon juice and parsley, then remove from heat.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
Slice the steak and top with the garlic butter shrimp.
Garnish with extra parsley and a lemon wedge.
Serve with grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad for the ultimate surf & turf meal.
