Grilled Beef Tomato Avocado Rice Stack: A Flavorful Summer Delight

In a small bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well and let sit while preparing the other components to allow the flavors to blend.

2. Cook the Rice
Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Stir in the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and all the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

3. Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Add the thinly sliced beef and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

4. Grill the Beef
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef for 3-5 minutes per side, or until nicely charred and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

5. Assemble the Rice Stack
Layer the rice at the bottom of a serving plate. Top with grilled beef, a generous scoop of tomato salsa, and fresh avocado slices.

6. Serve and Enjoy
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy the layers of delicious flavors!
