Green Onion and Egg Stuffed Bread

In a large mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour and salt.

Gradually add the water and melted butter, stirring continuously until the dough begins to form.

Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes, allowing it to rise slightly.

2. Prepare the Filling:
While the dough is resting, chop the hard-boiled eggs and green onions.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3. Assemble the Bread:
Once the dough has rested, divide it into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).

Roll each ball of dough into a flat circle.

Place a spoonful of the egg and green onion mixture in the center of each dough circle.

Carefully fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges tightly to form a pocket or ball.

Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

4. Cook the Bread:
Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

Place the stuffed dough balls into the pan, pressing them slightly to form flat discs.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
