Greek Salad Stack with Feta and Olives

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
Add both types of feta cheese (crumbled feta cheese and crumbled Greek feta cheese), and the pitted Kalamata olives to the salad mixture. Toss everything together gently.
2. Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Assemble the Salad Stack:
To create a stack, layer the salad mixture in a small bowl or using a ring mold for a more structured look. If using a mold, press down lightly to compact the ingredients.
Once stacked, carefully lift the mold off, and top with any remaining feta or olives as garnish.
4. Serve:
Drizzle the dressing over the stacked salad just before serving.
Garnish with a few extra Kalamata olives and crumbled feta if desired.
