Greek Chicken Meatballs with Homemade Tzatziki

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Step 2: Make the Tzatziki

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (with excess water squeezed out), minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Step 3: Serve

Serve the baked chicken meatballs warm with a generous dollop of homemade tzatziki on the side.
You can serve them as an appetizer with pita bread, alongside a Greek salad, or in a wrap with fresh veggies.
