Grandma’s Simple Baked Chicken Wings and Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, and dry garlic powder.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.

Drizzle vegetable oil over the wings and toss again to ensure they are coated in the oil.

Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Potatoes:

Peel the potatoes (if desired) and cut them into wedges or cubes.

In a separate bowl, toss the potatoes with salt, black pepper, and paprika to season.

Spread the seasoned potatoes around the chicken wings on the same baking sheet, ensuring they are spread evenly.

3. Bake:

Bake the chicken wings and potatoes in the preheated oven for about 35-45 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, and the potatoes are tender and slightly crispy on the edges. You can flip both the wings and potatoes halfway through for even cooking.

4. Serve:

Remove the wings and potatoes from the oven, and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a dipping sauce of your choice.
