Grandma’s Cozy Two-Potato Skillet: A Heartwarming Classic

Prep the Potatoes: Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes for quick cooking.

Sauté: Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 10–12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
