Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs: A Cheesy Delight in Every Bite

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the Biscuits:
Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.

Add the Cheese:
Place a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Form the Biscuit Balls:
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese to form a ball, pinching the seams together to seal it completely.

Prepare the Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Biscuit Balls:
Arrange the biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are placed close together but not touching.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the biscuit balls to coat them evenly.

Bake:
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and the cheese inside is melted and gooey.

Finish and Serve:
Once the biscuit bombs are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese (if using).
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
