Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Gradually add warm milk and oil (or melted butter) and knead until a soft dough forms.
Let It Rise: Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Wrap the Sausages: Divide the dough into small portions and roll each one into a strip. Wrap each strip around a sausage in a spiral, leaving the ends of the sausage visible.
Arrange on Tray: Place the wrapped sausages on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or foil.
Egg Wash & Topping: Beat the egg and brush it over the rolls. Sprinkle sesame or flax seeds on top for extra flavor and crunch.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool & Serve: Let them cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy!
