Golden Morning Potato Flatbreads: A Quick and Savory Breakfast Fix

Prepare the batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potato, onion, crushed garlic, paprika, salt, and vegetable oil. Add the flour and gradually pour in the water while stirring until you get a smooth, pourable batter.

Heat the pan: Lightly grease a non-stick skillet or griddle and heat over medium heat.

Cook the flatbreads: Pour a ladleful of batter into the hot pan, spreading it thinly like a pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
