Gluten-Free Cheese Bread with Lentils – No White Flour, No Sugar, No Yeast

Drain the soaked lentils and rinse them well.

Blend them in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Mix the Ingredients:

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, yogurt, salt, dried garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

Stir in the blended lentils, chopped parsley, and olive oil.

Add the baking powder and mix until well combined.

Bake the Bread:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

Cool and Serve:

Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
