Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil.
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat the ribs dry and season them with a mixture of brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
Mix BBQ sauce and honey in a bowl. Unwrap the ribs, brush generously with the glaze, and broil for 5–10 minutes until caramelized, or grill over medium heat for added smoky flavor.
2. Make the Fried Rice:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the eggs and scramble until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add diced onion and mixed vegetables. Sauté for 3–4 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, and scrambled eggs. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
3. Bake the Flaky Biscuits:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter with a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface, gently fold it over itself 3–4 times, and roll it to a 1-inch thickness. Cut biscuits with a round cutter and place them on the baking sheet.
Brush the tops with buttermilk and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
