Giant Muffaletta Italian Sandwich

Cut the round loaf of bread in half horizontally, making sure both halves are evenly cut.
Hollow out the top and bottom halves of the bread, leaving a small border around the edges to hold the fillings.
Layer the Sandwich:

On the bottom half of the loaf, spread a generous layer of olive salad.
Layer the mortadella, salami, capicola (or ham), provolone, and mozzarella cheese on top of the olive salad.
Add the Dressing:

Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the layered ingredients.
Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Sandwich:

Place the top half of the bread on top of the filled bottom half, pressing down gently to compact the sandwich.
Serve:

Slice the sandwich into wedges and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
This sandwich is also great for picnics, parties, or as a lunch to share.
