Giant Cookie: A Delicious and Easy Recipe to Share

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs, one at a time, and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.

Mix the Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.

Add Chocolate Chips:

Fold in the chocolate chips (or your preferred add-ins).

Shape and Bake:

Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a large circle, about 10-12 inches in diameter.

Flatten the dough slightly with a spatula for an even bake.

Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. The cookie may appear slightly soft in the middle, but it will firm up as it cools.

Cool and Serve:

Let the giant cookie cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
