GCR Chili Eggs

Prepare the Ingredients:

Begin by frying the chicken eggs sunny side up. Set them aside once they are cooked to your liking.

Saute the Spices:

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the ingredients from the chopper seasoning (red onions, garlic, green cayenne peppers, curly red chilies, and red cayenne peppers) until fragrant and slightly wilted.

Add Sauces and Seasonings:

Add the oyster sauce, tamarind juice, salt, seasoning mix, ground pepper, and granulated sugar to the pan. Stir everything together, and add a little water if necessary. Cook until the mixture starts to bubble and become aromatic.

Combine with Eggs:

Gently stir in the sunny side up eggs to coat them with the flavorful sauce. Then, add the chopped green onions and stir lightly.

Serve:

Once everything is well-mixed, remove from heat and serve the chili eggs hot.
