Garlic Steak Fried Rice

Add the chilled rice, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.

Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through.

Return the cooked steak to the pan.

Step 7: Season and Finish
Pour in the remaining soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili oil (if using).

Stir well to coat everything evenly. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Step 8: Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with cilantro or green onions.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
