Garlic Steak Fried Rice

Toss the sliced steak with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Let it sit for about 10 minutes while you prep the other ingredients.

Step 2: Cook the Steak
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add the steak and sear until browned but slightly pink inside, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Sauté the Aromatics
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.

Sauté the garlic and shallot until golden and fragrant.

Step 4: Add Vegetables (If Using)
Stir in the snap peas and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.

Step 5: Scramble the Eggs (If Using)
Move the vegetables to one side of the pan.

Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until just set.

Step 6: Combine Everything
