Toss the sliced steak with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes while you prep the other ingredients.
Step 2: Cook the Steak
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
Add the steak and sear until browned but slightly pink inside, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from the pan and set aside.

Move the vegetables to one side of the pan.
