Garlic Parmesan Shrimp with Spinach

Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the cream starts to thicken slightly.

Add Spinach and Parmesan:

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring to incorporate it into the sauce. Continue to cook until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Combine the Shrimp:

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss them in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce, ensuring they’re well-coated.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve:

Serve the shrimp over pasta, rice, or enjoy it as is with a side of crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
