Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Crust Mixture:

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Prepare the Chicken:

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of each chicken breast with the melted butter and olive oil mixture.
Coat the Chicken:

Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is well coated on all sides.
Sauté the Garlic:

In a small skillet, sauté the minced garlic in a little bit of butter or olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant. Drizzle the sautéed garlic over the crusted chicken breasts.
Bake the Chicken:

Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken for extra cheesiness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden and crispy.
Serve:

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley (if desired) before serving.
