Garlic Herb Lamb Chops with Mushrooms & Cherry Tomatoes

Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
Rub this seasoning mixture evenly onto both sides of the lamb chops. Let them rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Sear the Lamb Chops:

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the lamb chops and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and caramelized.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan, allowing it to melt and spoon it over the lamb chops for extra richness.
Remove the lamb chops from the pan and set them aside to rest.
