Season the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika.
Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
In the same pan, add carrots, broccoli, and red bell pepper.
Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender.
Add corn and cherry tomatoes, cooking for another 2 minutes.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Herb Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies, tossing everything together for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
Transfer the stir-fry to a serving plate.
Garnish with extra herbs if desired.
