Mix Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, oregano, za’atar, black pepper, and salt. Add the melted cheese mixture, egg, and minced garlic. Stir until a dough forms.
Shape & Bake: Press the dough onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a rectangular shape about ¼-inch thick. Bake for 10 minutes.
Add Finishing Touches: Remove from the oven, brush lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with feta cheese and fresh parsley, then return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Slice & Serve: Cut into fingers and serve warm with tzatziki, hummus, or a lemony yogurt dip.
