Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set them aside.
Step 2: Cook the Steak
Toss the sliced steak with cornstarch to coat.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the steak and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
Add the cooked noodles and steak back into the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the sauce.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
