Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Cheesy Rigatoni

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheesy Sauce
In the same pot over medium heat, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Steak Bites
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Sear the steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4: Make the Garlic Butter
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the remaining butter and return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
Step 5: Assemble and Serve
Plate the creamy rigatoni and top with the garlic butter steak bites.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
