Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Rich Alfredo Twisted Pasta

Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring until smooth and creamy.

Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta.

3. Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steak bites, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for another minute until the garlic is fragrant and the steak bites are coated in the garlic butter.

4. Serve:
Plate the creamy Alfredo pasta and top with the garlic butter steak bites.

Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
